This class will provide an overview of psychology and an introduction to different approaches and theories. We will discuss the general layout of the brain and how it works.  We will talk about how memories and emotions work, along with the basics of some psychological disorders (phobias, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, sleep issues, etc).  We will also discuss healing therapies and how psychology is used in the real world.
