General Policies and Fees

This is not a drop-off program. Parents are asked to stay with their children on campus.

A facility/registration fee is collected each semester. This fee is non-refundable.

Teachers will purchase supplies 2 weeks before classes begin. After that time, the refund will be the class fee minus the supply fee, if applicable.

All final changes will occur within 6 days after your class begins. If your child drops a class after that time there will not be a refund.

Please do not bring a child who has any sign of sickness.

If a child has drainage, it must be clear.

A child must have 24 hours of any prescribed antibiotics before returning to class.

Stomach viruses-Families may return to class after symptom free for 24 hours.

In normal situations not related to Covid-19, a child must be without fever for 24 hours.

Hand sanitizer will be available.

Common touch points in classrooms will be cleaned regularly.
